Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Window

• US/EU/UK: 30 days from delivery for unused items in original condition/packaging.
• Used candles/wax items can be returned only if defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Start a Return

1. Email info@yankecandlles.us with order number, reason and photos (if damaged).
2. We issue Return Authorization and return address/label (where applicable).
3. Pack items securely; include accessories and gifts.

3. Fees & Refund Method

• Defective/Damaged/Wrong item: we cover return shipping or provide free replacement.
• Change of mind: buyer pays return postage; original shipping non-refundable unless required by local law.
• Refund to original payment in 3–7 business days after inspection.

4. Exchanges

Available for same item or price-equivalent if stock allows.

5. Non-returnable

• Final sale/clearance, used opened wax (non-defective), gift cards.

6. EU/UK Right of Withdrawal

14-day withdrawal right from delivery (exclusions apply for used/opened goods). Email us to exercise the right.
